«It was really nice to read a script with so much love in it…» Universal Pictures has debuted a making of promo video for the movie Reminders of Him, an adaptation of the bestselling novel of the same name by Colleen Hoover. It’s ready release in theaters nationwide starting in March in just a few months. «There was before you and there was during you. For some reason, I never thought there would be an after you.» After returning home from prison for a tragic accident in the past, Kenna attempts to reconnect with her young daughter but faces resistance from everyone except a bar owner with ties to her child. As the two begin to grow closer, Kenna must confront her past mistakes to build a better future – and hopefully not end up in heartbreak again. The movie stars talented actress Maika Monroe as Kenna, Tyriq Withers (from Him) as Ledger, along with Lauren Graham, Bradley Whitford, Rudy Pankow, Lainey Wilson, Jennifer Robertson, & Zoe Kosovic as Kenna’s daughter Diem. The first official trailer showed some promise. This behind-the-scenes video focuses on the story and designing this complex romantic thriller for the big screen.

Reminders of Him is directed by filmmaker Vanessa Caswill, of the film Love at First Sight previously, plus episodes of the series «Thirteen», «Little Women», «Gold Digger», and many short films. The screenplay is written by Colleen Hoover and Lauren Levine, adapted from Hoover’s novel of the same name published in 2022. Produced by Lauren Levine, Gina Matthews, Colleen Hoover.
